He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kohler and Elizabeth Kohler. He is survived by: his wife Joan Davies; his daughters, Anna Kohler-Haney (Mike) and Kara Brooks (Jack); his grandchildren, Laura Kucko (Mike), Tessa Kohler, Joseph Baltzly, Juliette Baltzly and Jena Brooks; his great grandchildren, Mack and Gunner Kucko; his siblings, Betty Ann Hertzi, John Kohler and Jeannette Vence (Steve); his former wife Patricia Kohler; and his close friends, Dave, Cliff, Bruce and Carl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
