She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Blevins and Marjorie Blevins (Mosier); and her siblings, Myrtle Ann, James and Ted Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Booth; her children, Amy Coontz (Jeffrey) of Diamond, Angela Kozma (Stephen) of Lake Milton and Edward Booth (Alana) of Atwater; her grandchildren, Autumn Shelton (Austyn), Lucas Kozma, Colton Booth and Baylee Booth; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Bennett, Stella and Sadie; and her siblings, Darlene Ritchie (Bryan) and Wally Belvins (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home (1000 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
