With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry L. Johnson of Canton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Larry farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Larry is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Schumacher and Edith Jett; his wife Sally Jo Johnson (Kollmorgen); and his stepfather Clarence Jett. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Johnson and Larry Johnson, II (Hannah Shankle); his sister Misty Jett; and his pet Penny.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lamiell Funeral Home (1353 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
