He is survived by: his children, Tina Henrick, Art Simms (Chrissy), Kevin Simms and Kerri McCauley; and his brother Ronald Simms (Barb). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Arthur devoted over 20 years of his professional life to American Steel, where he made significant contributions to the industry until his retirement.
