It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lindenberger of Monroeville, Ohio, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Lindenberger to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lindenberger and Leona Lindenberger; his brothers, Paul and Dennis; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Smith and Marlene.
He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Lindenberger (Kellar); his sons, Thomas (Brenda) of Monroeville, Timothy (Amy) of Florida and Steven (Letty) of Lorain; his siblings, Ralph of Kentucky, Donald (Sandra) of Greenwich, Sister Betty Lindenberger (Tiffin), Sister Karen Lindenberger (Canton), Karen Smith of Wyoming and Ann Peebles (Don) of Wadsworth; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Lindenberger of Norwalk and Karen Lindenberger of Norwalk. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel (109 Monroe St, Monroeville, OH 44847). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (66 Chapel St, Monroeville, OH 44847).
