It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas R. Miller of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Thomas farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Thomas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Miller; his grandparents, Rose and Tip; and his aunt Nancy Knee. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Miller (Knee); his siblings, Douglas Miller, Naoma (Michael) and April (Eddie); and his pets, Gus and Maddie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to American Cancer Society.
