With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda Faye Edge Coon of Niceville, Florida, who passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansley Edge and Ida Edge; her siblings, Ross, Bill, Pauline and Geraldine; and her son Jerry Kenneth "Kenny" Coon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Lindsay (Jim), Pamela Bridges (Joe) and Tonia Wright (David); her daughter-in-law Ann Coon; her grandchildren, Shane Coon (Alicia), Mandy Dodd (Ben), Amber McBride (Joe), Jacob Wright (Kymberly), Logan Bridges (Rachel) and Tiffani Cook (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Katelynn, Austin, Ansley, Haley, Brianna, Kaleb of Brooklyn, CJ, Bentlee, Ethan, Mason, Rylie, Keegan, Michael, Camden and Hudson; and her great great grandchild Adelaya.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Generations United Church (108 FL-85, Niceville, FL 32578). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Glenda Faye would be grateful for any donations made to Generations United on her behalf.
