She was predeceased by: her parents, Codell Smith and Flavious Smith; and her husband James A. Siladke. She is survived by: her children, Brian K. Siladke (Stephanie) and Blair Siladke; her grandchildren, Jared and Kaitlyn; and her sisters, Donna Smith and Cheryl Nizio.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory (2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Tillman Funeral Home and Crematory (2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415).
