She was predeceased by: her husband Carson; and her son Tommy. She is survived by: her children, Carson J. Emhof (Janet), Daniel Emhof (Cathy), Ann Thompson (Douglas) and Dawn Lyon (Eric); her grandchildren, Hannah Lyon, Mikey Emhof, Jenny Yeager (Matt), Haley Emhof, Danielle Emhof, Nicholas Lyon, Kyle Thompson and Ronnie Emhof; and her brother Thomas Twomey (Sal).
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Leary Funeral Service (5821 US-11, Canton, NY 13617). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (101 Homewood Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33445).
Donations may be made in Hannah's memory to Hospice of St. Lawrence County.
