With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Francis Cayer Jr. (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), who passed away on April 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis Cayer and Eva Cayer (Galarneau); his brother George; and his sister-in-law Patricia (California). He is survived by: his wife Mary Cayer; his children, Cheryl (Cherise), Scott and Jaclyn (Donnie); his grandchildren, Lindsey (Stanley), Kaitlin (Dustin) and Dalton (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Nahlana, Nahmella and Kallahan; his brother Will; and his sister-in-law Evelyn.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Baird-Case Jordan-Fannin Funeral Home & Cremation Service (4343 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308).
Joe and Mary were long time donors to St Jude's Children's Hospital where donations may be made in their memory.
