He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Pickard and Esther Pickard; and his siblings, Mary Lou Rupert and Richard Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Helen F. Pickard; his children, Timothy Pickard of Davenport and Tamela Lawson (Donald) of Versailles, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily and Matthew.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Indian Lake Estates (6910 Deland Ave, Indian Lake Estates, FL 33855).
