She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hosie Sanders and Arnie Valeta Williams Sanders; her husband James "Jim" Sheffield; and her son-in-law Mark Crabtree. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Sanders (Diane), Jamie Sheffield (Naomi), Lisa Crabtree and Jesse Sheffield; her grandchildren, Justin Sanders, Jadyn Jones (Ethan), Ashley Gushlaw, Amber Beeler (Dean), J. D. Sheffield, Jason Sheffield, Mallory Sheffield, Krista Shimmel (Robert) and Bradley Crabtree; her siblings, Robert Sanders (Mary), Ruth White and Nellie Henley; and her sister-in-law Frances Adams (Ralph). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Independent Baptist Church (3205 FL-2, Bonifay, FL 32425). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
