We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2025, at the age of 102, Peggy Blair (Pensacola, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frank and Joseph A. Hemmer; her husband Merlin Blair of Peoria, Illinois.; her son Bill Blair; and her siblings, Julia Hemmer Pate and Mott Hemmer.
She is survived by: her daughter Melody Blair of Skowhegan, Maine; her nephews, Paul Merrit (Rinella) and Stephen Hemmer; and her cousins, Eddie Gorecki (Mary Penny) and Jim Gorecki (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM and from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Little Flower Catholic Church (6495 Lillian Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32526). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
