He is survived by: his wife Bette; his sisters, Nancy and Barbara; his children, Joel, David, Wendy and Michael; his grandchildren, Isaac, Ben, Connor, Alec, Sean, Eric, Jonny and Emma; and his children-in-law, Jason, Kyna and Julia.
