She is survived by: her children, Liz Loredo and Alex Layton; her children-in-law, Pierre Loredo and Claudine Germain; her grandsons, Leo, Lex Loredo, Sebastien and Remy Layton; and her brothers, Bill and Doug Lott.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Presbyterian Church (1255 Navco Rd, Mobile, AL 36605).
In lieu of flowers, her children have asked that those who learned from Susie in any capacity send stories or samples of their work to Grace Presbyterian Church.
