He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Kimberly Campbell (Frank); his stepgranddaughter Krystle Campbell (Ryan Gindlesperger); his nephew Derrold Covell (Nancy); and his nieces, Pam Anderson (Pat) and Jan Gearhart.
