He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Wallace and Agnes Phillips (Flemming); and his former wife Ann Hinkley Phillips (Foxwell). He is survived by: his wife Roseanna; his children, Warren (Cari) of Milton, FL, Diane Sine (Frank) of Alabaster, AL, Grace Sheets (John) of Long Beach, MS and Grier (Delia) of Santa Fe; and his pet Susie. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; a large extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (33 E Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32501).
