He is survived by: his children, Julie McKay of Muskegon, Michigan, Michael Smith of Tampa and Alan Morningstar of Tampa; and his brothers, Russell Morningstar (Nancy Whitehall) and Frank Morningstar of Whitehall, Michigan. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
