He is survived by: his wife Sheila Blair of Naples, FL; his sons, Clay Blair and Hayes Blair (Naples); his granddaughter Eleanor Blair of Los Angeles, CA; and his siblings, Dean Blair, Bill Blair and Debbie Blair Stallings. He is also survived by 11 nieces/nephews and 4 grandnieces/nephews.
