She was predeceased by: her husband Louis "Talmadge" Chancey of Orlando; and her parents, Thelbert Peavey and Lois Peavey of Winter Garden. She is survived by: her son Louis "Tiger" Chancey (Karen) of Lakeland; and her grandchildren, Robert Chancey (Jennifer) of Ocoee, Courtney, Emily and Corey. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory West Orange Chapel (1400 Matthew Paris Blvd, Ocoee, FL 34761). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Winter Garden Cemetery (13636 Lake Butler Blvd, Windermere, FL 34787).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Association of Central Florida (http://www.parkinsoncf.org.) in her name.
