She is survived by: her children, Janice Cruz, Jessica Santos, Mario Baez, Julie Santos and Jennifer Ortiz; her grandchildren, Pierre Brunet, Christopher Demarco, Cinquest Demarco, Jennilycia Demarco, Ezekuiel Martinez, Zaniyah Martinez, RayJay Martinez, Geremiah Rivera, Ohneiyah Rivera, Ismael Colon, Gieovauni Baez, Jazlynn Baez, Julien Baez, Mario Baez, Orlando Baez, Mario Mitchell, Donovan Mitchell, Janitza Riquelmy, Isiah Riquelmy and Kingllana Manago; her great grandchildren, Kehlani Brunet and Gianni Rivera; her brothers, Roberto Baez, Orlando Baez and Samuel Montalvo; and her nieces and nephews, Yvonne Baez, Pedro Serano, Melvin Rodriguez, Shamica Vazquez, Raymond Rodriguez, Dorothy C. Belcher, Jaileen Montalvo and Samuel Montalvo, Jr..
