She is survived by: her husband Charles Norwood Crumpton, Sr. (Charlie); her children, Sara Lynn Kozak (John Kozak) and Charles Norwood Crumpton, Jr. (Chuck); her grandson Lucas Charles Lee (Racheal Earls); her great grandchild Landry Ellis Lee; her siblings-in-law, Zack Thompson Crumpton (Tommie) and Linda Morris Crumpton; her cousin Sandra Hutcherson; her nieces, Aimee Deming and Betsy Steele; her great-niece Madison Deming; and her great-nephew Zack Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida, located on 105 North S Street, Pensacola, Florida, in Sarah's memory.
