She is survived by: her sons, James R. Bratcher (Janet), David W. Bratcher (Cindy) and Richard I. Bratcher (Marcie); her stepchildren, David Hinshaw (Ruth), Carolyn Davis (Mike) and Marlene Cooley; and her siblings, Dorren and James (Val) of England. She is also survived by Six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Settle-Wilder Funeral Home and Cremation Services (406 S Orange St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sea Pines Memorial Gardens (3001 S Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater, FL 32141).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eileens name to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
