She was predeceased by: her mother Loraine Newberry; her former husband Earl Screws; her daughter Renea Gill; and her siblings, Don, Tommy Melton and Brenda Powell.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Carroll of Woodville, FL; her son Timmy Screws; her daughter-in-law Becky Screws of Panama City, FL; her grandchildren, Heather Pittman (Shawn), Katelyn Screws, Evan Gill and Dylan Gill; her great grandchildren, Fischer and Ryleigh Pittman; her brothers, Terry Melton and Charles Ingram (Linda); and her sister-in-law Jean Melton Vick.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Church (1900 Lawhon Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32305). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
