He is survived by: his wife Joan Lee Miller; his children, Melissa Cleveland (Joseph) of Ormond Beach and Keith (Yuumi) of Shizuoka, Japan; his grandchildren, Drew, Karsten and Lilia; and his brothers, James, Harry and Curtis Royal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Riverbend Community Church (2080 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
