A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery, Funeral Home and Crematory (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
