He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Theresa Elizabeth Kaklis; his mother-in-law Marguerite Elaine Bickner; his brother Theophalus "Ted" John Kaklis; and his granddaughter Shelby Dale Dees.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Wallack Kaklis (Gainesville); his children, John William Kaklis (Josh) and Teresa "Teri" Kaklis Dees (John); and his grandchildren, Madeline Nicole Kaklis, William Michael Kaklis and Taylor Elizabeth Dees.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Palmetto First United Methodist Church (330 11th Ave W, Palmetto, FL 34221). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bradenton Yacht Club (4307 13th St W, Palmetto, FL 34221).
