He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Chavez and Roberto Chavez. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Rachel and Matthew; and his siblings, Daniel, George and Dolly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Spanish River Church (East Chapel) (2350 Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431).
