He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Andrew Skaggs; and his wives, Charlene Skaggs and Johnnie Faye Skaggs. He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Young (David Young); his granddaughter Kayleigh Young; the mother of his child Glenda Skaggs of Lynn Haven, FL.; his brother Robert Ellison of Evansville; his sister-in-law Diane Ellison of Evansville; his close friend Faye Hoppe; and also, Robert and Kelly Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
