She was predeceased by: her mother June Sexton (Frazier); her daughter Misty Kay Rockhold; her father Clayton Sexton; and her siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Cornetet, Clayton Dean "Dink" Sexton and Maynard "Bub" Sexton.
She is survived by: her son Donald Alan Rockhold (Stephanie Lachowicz); her granddaughters, Sara Rockhold and Emily Rockhold; her siblings, Donald Sexton (Lavern) of Xenia, Sue Martz of Xenia and Elizabeth Kay Begley of Xenia; and her pet Kierkee. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Naugle Funeral Home (1203 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Phyllis' honor to Brooks Rehabilitation.
