She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett G. McNeil, Sr. and Dorothy Futch McNeil; her husband Vernon "Curley" Beckham; and her siblings, Merle Foster, Frances "Frankie" Hatfield, Everett McNeil, Jr. and Johnny McNeil.
She is survived by: her cousins, Shirley, Hilda and Joyce; her children, Roland Beckham (Sandra), Chuck Beckham and Sherri Berner (Jeffrey); her grandsons, Charlie Beckham and Samuel Berner; and her sister Emily Speaker (Doug). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edgewater Union Church (500 S Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater, FL 32132).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Southeast Volusia Historical Society, 120 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 in memory of Irene Beckham are appreciated.
