Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Volusia County Fair Grounds (3150 E New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32724). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
Flowers are accepted or donations can be made to the family that will be used for continuing Bill's name for awards and scholarships for the youth of Volusia County.
