He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Ownby and Margaret Arthur Koch; and his half-sister Priscilla Koch. He is survived by: his wife Jenifer; his children, Justin (Alyssa), Jordan and Katie (Jaime); his grandchildren, Dessa, Turner, Ryder and Charlee; and his half-sister Judee Dick (Ron).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church (3501 W San Jose St, Tampa, FL 33629).
