She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Passmore and Martha Rowell Passmore; and her former husband Neal Horne. She is survived by: her husband Judson "Jud" Webb; her children, Tommy Horne (Valarie), Ricky Horne (Stacey), Rebecca Webb and Lee Webb; and her sisters, Pam Horne and Anjette Smith. She is also survived by Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
