Though LaMonte may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy LaMonte leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Norton and Iyla Norton (Crane); his sister Arvis Northrop; and his nephew-in-law Dave Oke. He is survived by: his son Jason Norton of St. Petersburg, Florida; his niece Michelle Oke of Wyoming, Michigan; and his nephews, Rev. Michael Northrop (Johann) of Three Rivers and Arvid Northrop (Tonya Carpenter) of Constantine. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wagner Family Funerals Connelly Chapel (202 N Broadway St, Cassopolis, MI 49031). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
