James Boington Taylor Sr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Boington Taylor Sr. of Orange Park, Florida, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lee and Thelma Ruth Taylor (King); his wife Jewel Eva Taylor; and his siblings, Helen Reynolds, Elbert "Pete" Taylor, Jr., Howard Marsh and Roger Marsh.
He is survived by: his son James "Bo" Taylor, Jr.; his granddaughters, Jennifer Trish Taylor and Melissa Rene Braddock; and his great grandchildren, Dawson James Elfstrom, Lindzey Caprice Elfstrom and Stella Jewell Krone.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
