A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rufus E. Payne Memorial Chapel of Alphonso West Mortuary (4409 Soutel Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32208). A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
