She is survived by: her husband Gary Van Siclen; her children, Denise (Travis) and Daryl; her grandchildren, Cole Wade and Cali Carleen; her mother Carla; her siblings, Tim, Todd and Cathleen Brouillette (Brouillette); and her extended family, Jamie, Liam and Sophie. She is also survived by cousins, friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM and on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
The family asks that donations be made in Carleen's honor to an ALS Association of your choice, supporting continued research, care, and advocacy for those affected by ALS.
