It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Foizey Hendricks in Clearwater, Florida, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James "Bootsie" Hendricks; her parents, James Foizey and Edna Foizey; and her sister Gwendolyn Foizey Gunn. She is survived by: her children, Betsy Marshall Feran, Jimmy Marshall (Tracy) and Patricia Gunn Sprouse (Jimmy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Hermon Baptist Church (18100 Genito Rd, Moseley, VA 23120). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (280 Riviere Rd, Palm Harbor, FL 34683).
