It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamatha Leigh Strassenberg of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Bowen. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Knight (Strassenberg) and Kaleigh Woodward (Strassenberg); her husband Krist; her mother Sybil Collins; her stepparents, Kim Collins and Yvette Bowen; and her siblings, Chris Collins, Debbie Payne, Sallie Collins-Gordon, Billie Myrick and Kenneth Bowen.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Florida Tackle and Gun Club (9010 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32257).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Jacksonville Humane Society or The Wounded Warrior Project, in honor of Tammy's generous spirit, love for animals, and for our military and her country.
