He was predeceased by: his parents, S. C. Hall and Nora Hall; and his great grandchildren, Memphis James Brown and Emilia Kate Miller. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Thomas Hall; his daughters, Anna Kelley (Kevin) of Branford and Elizabeth Brown (Eddie) of Branford; his grandchildren, Rance Brown (Brittany) of Lake Charles, LA., Kyle Kelley (Tera) of Branford, Kelsey Brown McCormick (Brady) of Branford, Katelyn Kelley Miller (Trey) of Branford and Kaleb Kelley of Branford; and his great grandchildren, Cutter, Swayzee, Texie McCormick, Kline, Kyleighann Kelley, Ellis, Edison and Everett Miller.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (607 Suwannee Ave NW, Branford, FL 32008). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (27092 77th Rd, Branford, FL 32008).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Union Baptist Church Building Fund: Union Baptist Church c/o Pastor Danny Humphries 24882 US Hwy 129.
