He is survived by: his wife Betty Freeman; his sons, Michael Freeman (Marcy) and Wayne Freeman (Imelda); his grandchildren, Justin Folsom (Danielle), Laura Freeman, Laura Gipson, Lesly Portillo, Aileen Portillo, Alyssa Freeman and Chloe Freeman; his great grandchildren, Emma Sue Folsom, Waylon Walker and Olivia Gipson; his siblings, Janice Taylor (Joey) and Tommy Freeman (Donna); and his brother-in-law John Courtney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burns Funeral Home of Perry (1400 N Johnson Stripling Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
