She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kampmeyer and Sylvia Kampmeyer; her husband Gary Cooke; and her siblings, Marlene, Ervin and John.
She is survived by: her siblings, June and Gary. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or to a nursing scholarship fund.
