She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Cheney and Virgie Cheney; her husband Kenton Skinner; and her siblings, James Cheney, Millie Parker and Louise Starling.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Skinner, Jr. (Julie) of Zebulon, GA and Kimberlee Sellers (David) of Zebulon, GA. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Live Oak Cemetery (110 Winderweedle St NW, Live Oak, FL 32064).
