He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Stevens; his sister Helen Reed; and his parents, John Stevens and Melrose Stevens (Manthie). He is survived by: his daughter April Kasid (Brian); his grandchildren, Elijah and Olivia Kasid; his stepson Jack Tucker; and his sisters, Gloria Rector, Emma Tucker and Trudy Reed (Don).
