He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Weiss and Eugene Weiss; and his wife Carol Mitnick Weiss. He is survived by: his sons, Charles and Rodney; his siblings, Joshua Weiss and Doris Weiss Shreibman; and his grandparents, Rodney (Pamela), Nicole, Joshua and Charles Abraham Beekman.
