She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Waldron and Eliza Waldron; her former husband Carl "Scott" McClellan; and her husband Wiley Joe Coulter, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne McLeod (Ronnie Fackender) of Babson Park and Suzie Whitener (Bill) of Fort Meade; her stepchildren, W. J. Coulter, III (Marcia) and Evelyn Coulter; her sister Patricia "Pat" Cooper; her grandchildren, Derek Harpe (Stacie), Drew Harpe (Angela), Lori Whitener and Scott Whitener (Shawna); her great grandchildren, Zach Peters, Glavine Harpe, Kamryn Harpe, Kadin Harpe of Jaelyn Rexroat, E. J, Landon Whitener, Emerson Whitener, Bowen Whitener, Elizabeth Harpe and Naomi Harpe; and her great great grandchildren, Nadelin Harpe, Ben Gause and Noah Montanez.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church of God (10 S Seminole Ave, Fort Meade, FL 33841).
