He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Huggard. He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Huggard; his wife Esther Huggard; his children, Billy Huggard and Alia Heit; his brothers, Bill Huggard and David Huggard; and his aunt Eunice Kreger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
