He was predeceased by: his parents, John Todd and Ethel Todd of Ottawa, Illinois.; his wife W. Glynn Todd (Raley); and his sister Joyce Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Todd of Ebro, FL, Bridget Jones (Steve) of Culpeper, VA and Dr. Stacy Kehl (Brian); his brother Steve Todd of Morton, IL.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb Todd, Shelby Jones, Chase (Adison), Brandon and Alyson Kehl; and his great grandchild Kai Kehl.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
