He is survived by: his wife Teresa Yelvington Hersey; his daughter Jamie Outley (Derek); his mother Myrt Rossi; his siblings, Sheila Cochran (Troy), Charles Hersey, Rick Hersey (Sandra) and Darrell Hersey (Christina); his grandchildren, Janelle Davis (Jonathan), Carter Hersey, Katie Hersey, Owen Outley (Gracie) and Nadia Outley; and his great grandchildren, Nova and Eden Davis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anastasia Baptist Church (1650 A1A S, St. Augustine, FL 32080). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
